Hi, I'm Zara!
If you want a no-bullshit approach to building your business, capturing your authentic brand or that awesome booty in a boudoir shoot, you are in the right place.
Over the years I’ve had the pleasure of being able to travel to some amazing locations to photograph amazing people and teach business owners marketing, branding, and business.
Excellence is important to me, because I’m not wired to do anything less, but my daughter sure has taught me some lessons about adjusting the goalposts. I’m not quite ready to admit that done is better than perfect, but I see the advantages & coach my clients to keep moving. Too often I have seen clients be paralyzed by fear; be it in business or a bra & panty set, I support them to take steps that make changes.
Photography, to me, is an art and an act of service. I rely on intuition as well as my camera because sometimes the story runs deeper than any of us see on the surface. This is especially true of both boudoir and business. I help clients capture who they really are.
People often ask me: “why branding & boudoir?”
The answer is simple: we need more empowered women showing up authentically in the world. That is what I’m passionate about. That is what I’m skilled at. That is what I do with my camera. I elevate women in business and beyond. I have built a 6 figure business and held constant $10k months for, I don’t know how long now, but I know that a huge part of that is because of how I show up as myself & value my work.
Adventure-driven people speak my language. Don’t let my love of Jimmy Choo’s and Louboutin’s fool you, this girl will go wherever I need to go to get the shot.
From the clients who hire me to photograph their brands & boost their confidence; to the photographers who hire me to help grow their business; I want the experience we have together to be seamless and beautiful and the result to be better than you could have imagined.
On a personal note,
I love what I do. The art I create is a reflection of the beauty I see in my clients, but the truth is If I wasn’t a photographer, I’d probably be living in a remote cabin in the mountains with as many Dobermans as I could handle. A lover of Chai tea & personal development keeps me fueled. I have an ongoing love affair with my Peloton & my heart is still in the mountains of Armenia.
